December of 2001, the Wonder added an American lunch buffet on Nassau Day (there
is also an oriental buffet on the four-day). Normally, I am not a "buffet
person," but this one really won me over! From the cold crab claws to the
roasted turkey, mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce, to the bleu cheese Waldorf
salad and the blueberry cobbler for dessert, IT WAS A WINNER! Since there is no
printed menu for this culinary delight, we took some photos:
